Our quality assurance includes regular third-party inspections, use of premium materials from trusted suppliers, and detailed quality checklists at each construction phase. All work is performed by licensed tradespeople and subject to independent building inspections.
How do you manage project communication and keep clients informed?
Transparent communication is fundamental to our service. You’ll receive: Weekly progress reports with photos and updates, Direct access to our director & licence holder – not just another supervisor. Weekly face-to-face meetings (or video calls), Immediate notification of any issues or changes, and Access to site when ever you feel needed. We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way, ensuring no surprises and complete confidence in your investment.
Do you provide ongoing support after project completion?
Our relationship doesn’t end at handover. Post-completion support includes: Defects liability period with prompt resolution, Maintenance guidance and recommendations, Warranty claim assistance, Connection with trusted local service providers for ongoing property needs, and Annual check-ins during the warranty period.
